A. J. Huxley, "Cacti and Succulents" (Amateur Gardening Picture Book no. 11) (London, W. H. & L. Collingridge Limited, first published 1960).  Hardcover (red cloth boards with silver lettering) with original dustjacket, 60pp, measuring approximately 15.6 x 21 x 0.9cm (6.15 x 8.25 x 0.35in).  Contains numerous black and white illustrations.  The dustjacket is discoloured and marked with considerable wear including creases, bumping and slight tearing to the edges, fading to the spine and very slight loss at the corners; the cover is in good condition overall, although there is some discoloration / fading and slight wear and bumping to the edges together with marking to the base of the spine and slight scuffing to the boards; the inside covers are marked and discoloured with a surface crease to the inside back cover; the pages are discoloured with tanning to edges, occasional marks and some reading wear, the first page bearing the original owner's name in blue ink (partly erased) and in pencil.
