"A Cornish Choice of Recipes", compiled by Lady St. Levan, published in 1991 and originally sold in aid of St. Julia's Hospice for Cancer Care at St. Michael's Hospital, Hayle, West Cornwall. This 84-page paperback, which measures approximately 21.9 x 17.7cm, contains over 100 recipes contributed by "recognised cookery authors" (including Keith Floyd), restaurants in West Cornwall and friends of Lady St. Levan, together with numerous full-page illustrations (mainly black and white photographs depicting life in Cornwall in past times) and food-related cartoons, mostly from Punch magazines of the 1950s. There is some wear to the cover including bumping to edges and indentations, and some yellowing to page edges, although the condition is otherwise good. Please note that this is not a collection of traditional Cornish recipes - many dishes from elsewhere in Britain and abroad are included - although there are recipes for Cornish Pasties and Starry-Gazey Pie!
