A 1930s pottery bread plate of unknown manufacture (there are two small painted marks to the base), in cream-yellow glaze with transfer designs including a stylised depiction of a bridge over a stream with flowers, measuring approximately 27.5cm (10.85in) in diameter and 3cm (1.2in) deep. The surface is crazed throughout, and there is some wear to the transfers, together with various marks and scratches, wear to the foot, and unglazed and rough areas to the edges.
